Who Am I?

I’ve spent more than a decade building community around food as an integrative nutrition health coach in NYC, helping people transition to whole foods, plant-based diets and introducing them to their local food growers, purveyors, and business. I thought I was living a pretty healthy and connected life, until I self-diagnosed my PCOS (with confirmed bloodwork), and realized I had been living with it for over 20 years. Now, I’m supporting women over 35 throughout the entire spectrum of the childbearing year with period pain relief, conception, pregnancy, and beyond.
